English Nature’s Business plan for 2004/05, detailed the targets for achievement that reflected the national and international statutory obligations. Of particular importance were targets relating to Sites of Special Scientific Interest, farmland birds, access, protection of the rural, urban, marine and global environment and sustainable agriculture.
