The impacts of pesticide spray drift and fertiliser over-spread on the ground flora of ancient woodland (ENRR614)

The objectives of this project were: firstly, to describe in greater detail the pattern of spray drift into British woodland margins in order to achieve a better understanding of the influence of relevant biotic and abiotic factors that affect drift penetration profiles; and secondly, to survey ancient woodland ground flora in woodland margins subject to potentially contrasting pesticide drift and fertiliser overspread impacts, as represented by the adjacent agricultural matrix and land use histories.
