The aim of this scoping study was to explore ways of developing the concept of a Prime Biodiversity Area (PBA) as a vehicle for achieving nature conservation objectives within the area of the Wyre Forest. The report summarised the issues relating to the recognition of a PBA for the Wyre area and the potential approaches that were available for furthering a PBA project for delivering widespread wildlife benefits.
