This report provides details of those amendments which have been made to the most recent ancient woodland inventory county reports between July 1994 and February 1996. Sources of information for these revisions have included recent English Nature, Local Authority and Wildlife Trust surveys, the Forestry Commission and woodland owners or their agents. Woods are listed where changes or amendments made between July 1994 and February 1996 revises either the provisional county reports and their associated printouts (1985-1995), or the amendments report No. 72 (Thomas & Philips, 1994).
