Countryside Agency prepared this booklet to help you understand your rights and responsibilities in the countryside. Inevitably, some of the advice is about things that you (and others) must not do because they are illegal or antisocial. But much of this advice is about what you can do; about the rights you have and how to exercise them. These are rights that other people in the countryside should respect – so we will tell you who to complain to when you encounter problems.
