This record provides Natural England’s and Scottish Natural Heritage’s joint advice to other relevant authorities as to, and in support of, (a) the conservation objectives and (b) any operations which may cause deterioration of natural habitats or the habitats of species, or disturbance of species for the Berwickshire and North Northumberland Coast European marine site. This advice is being prepared to both comply with, and support, our obligations under Regulation 33(2) of the Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994. Sections of the document that comply directly with the requirements of Regulation 33 are identified separately (on coloured paper) from those which are included to support this advice.
The management scheme associated with this site can be found here.
