This record contains Natural England and the Joint Nature Conservation Committee’s (JNCC) advice issued under Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Regulations 1994, for the Outer Thames Offshore Special Protection Area (SPA), namely conservation objectives and advice on operations. This advice is based on information on the Special Protection Area (SPA) presented in Natural England‟s and the Joint Nature Conservation Committee‟s (JNCC) „Departmental Brief: Outer Thames Estuary SPA document (Version May 2010). Natural England and JNCC‟s conservation objectives and advice on operations is site and feature specific, and has been developed using the best available scientific information and expert interpretation as at July 2012.
