Twenty-five years of change in a population of oak saplings in Wistmans Wood, Devon (ENRR348)

This report describes a study of tree saplings in a permanent plot in Wistman’s Wood, a near-natural upland oakwood. The study complements another permanent plot study at the wood, which has records of stand change dating from 1921 (Mountford 1999).
